Our guiding angel, Suzanne “Susi” Siver, 74, of Decatur, MI passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her home in Decatur. She was born January 4, 1949 in Lawrence, MI to Peter and Lillian (Clark) Polomcak.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 4pm-7pm on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the VFW Hall, 560 N. Phelps St., Decatur. Interment will take place privately. Memorial contributions may be given to the VFW Auxillary at the same address listed above.
Susi was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandma, and now an angel. We gather forth from beyond and on Earth to guide you today to your paradise in heaven above, with God and your new wings. We know you will watch over us from the clouds. We all miss you dearly, especially now in our pain of missing you, we know you’re dancing in the rain with flowers and a lot of cats. When we see a rainbow in the sky, we’ll all smile knowing you are helping the Lord pour out the rain. We know you are smiling when we see rainbows, knowing you are one of the angels in the heavens above.
Susi will be missed by her husband, Mike Siver; her sons, Mark Janssen, Peter (Kimberly) Janssen, and Gary Janssen; her grandchildren, Brook Janssen, Victoria Irvine, Jeffrey Baty, Ethan Janssen and McKenzie Janssen; her great grandchildren, Haelyn Wirick, Leeland Wirick, Haeden Henderson, and Stella Baty; and her siblings, Joe Polomcak, and Nina Polomcak Phillips.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Polomcak; and her parents.
