William Craig Fletcher, 69, passed to his rest March 31, 2025 at South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in South Haven, MI. William was best known to family and friends as Craig Fletcher.
He was born on April 24, 1955, in Niles to William and Irene (Webb) Fletcher. William is survived by his sister, Marlene (Vali) Gholamkhas of Meridianville, AL, son Gene Fletcher, daughter Jennifer Fletcher and close friend from childhood, Bill Clymer of Niles, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and elder brothers Charles Eugene Fletcher of Niles, MI, and Dennis Wayne Fletcher of Charlotte, NC.
William lived his life in the Niles and Edwardsburg areas. During his early adulthood, he had a career as a drywaller, earning an excellent reputation. He enjoyed playing guitar with friends, performing as small bands in various areas in the MI area. William also had an interest in aviation, from building model airplanes to engaging in air shows.
Family and friends may gather on Monday, April 14 from 2:00-4:00pm at Filbrandt Chapel, 1076 S. Bailey Avenue in South Haven, MI to remember and share memories of William.
