I only had an opportunity to meet John and Bea late in life and yet how impressed I still am! Amazing individuals and I certainly learned many things from both of them. What a great honor for me. My sincerest condolences to the whole family and may you each carry the torch they both lit in your hearts forward in your lives.

It is with fond memories that I recall John Breinling. He was one of so many special people of St. Matthew’s whose primary goals in life were to love their Lord, love their family and love their church family. His contagious smile, positive energy and strong faith was an endearing example to me and other youth of St. Matthew’s and MLHS. I could not imagine my childhood without St Matt’s, MLHS and role models like John and Bea Breinling. We thank the Lord for 102 years John had on this earth and look forward to seeing him again. Wishing comfort and peace to his family, and memories to cherish for the rest of their lives.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr B's passing. He was a terrific man and fun to be around. I know how much he liked golfing and I remembered him winning the oldest golfer at the MLHS scholarship golf outing one of the years I helped out with it. He always had a smile on his face and it was even bigger that day because he had his sons with him.
He will be missed by many.

It is with regret I can't personsonally pay my respects to John's dear family but am Praising the Lord for John's long and storied life. We shared farm upbringing and I loved hearing him relate the tales of his early years.
He and Bea raised an exceptional family brought up in the way they should go, with Christian upbringing. I will miss him.

In honor of John, Linda Butera lit a candle.
You were a longtime friend and neighbor to my father Joe Butera. You will be missed.
