We want to express our deepest sympathy to the entire Vernasco family. Your mother was such

Dear Vernasco Family,
We send our deepest condolences to each of you over the loss of your dear mother. As "Caretel Neighbors" we shared the end of our Mothers' lives. We are blessed to have gotten to know your Mother better and witness her deeply spiritual nature first hand. We all feel better because our faith tells us they are both resting comfortably in heaven. Notre Dame is also fortunate to have Lee in heaven rooting for them. With her in heaven I believe they may have a shot at it this year. Go Irish!!

My first job at 16 was at the Travel Inn Mrs Vernasco hired me. I thought she was one of the prettiest women I’d ever seen. She was all business. Little did I know that I would eventually work with her husband and son,Mike, later in life. She has a very sweet loving family. I know a part of their hearts are gone with her death. Love you Mike and Michelle.
