Albert's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Albert here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I knew Al when he was a student at the University of Wyoming back in the early 1980's. He liked to fish, snow ski, camp, and play his guitar. I don't think there was a Neil Young song he didn't know. Al had many friends on campus because of his upbeat, fun-loving personality. I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

I am so sorry I missed Al's funeral...I have not seen Al since the early 80's, as I had lost track of him and often wondered where he was and what he was doing. Al lived just around the corner and down the block from my house in my neighborhood in St.Joe during our High School years of the 70's. On many occasions during those high school years, we hung out over at Jeff Costello's house (my next door neighbor) with other friends---we always had a lot of fun. I remember Al as a very kind and friendly soul. I wished I could have seen Al before his passing. Life is so short and precious. I will miss him. To the Vossler family; my deepest sympathies to you and I wish all of God's blessing to you all.

My heart aches for you. Parents aren’t supposed to out live their children. Kind words and remembrances will help carry you through this difficult time. His spirit will ALWAYS be with you even though he is no longer here physically. May God Bless your family and give you strength during this long period of grieving.

My heart-felt condolences to you, Kathy, Bert, Dr. and Mrs. Vossler, and the rest of the family. Al was a joy to be around. If you needed help, he was right there. He was kind. He was hospitable. I have many great memories of time spent in Steamboat, on the Pandora, and as an usher in my wedding. I pray God's peace and grace go with him.

My heart is with Al Vossler family. Al was one of my closest friends in high school. He was liked by nearly everyone he met had a genuine personality. He taught me much of love for his fellow man. He will be greatly missed. God be with you to bring you peace.

Dear Cathy and Bert, my most sincere love and sympathy to you both. It was always a great pleasure whenever I ran into you and Al. We would always talk and fondly remember our days of going to school together at St. Joe High School, and Cathy and I would remember our old Trinity days. Then Bert and my daughter have their own school day memories too. I will forever miss his great smile. He is a great guy and I hope God's love and grace will grant you peace in your time of sorrow, and the strength to get you through this difficult time. Love, Kaylene Stygar and family

Certain people are like fixtures in your life. For the last twenty six years, Al has been one of those folks for me. I'm used to seeing him every day, multiple times a day. We talked about our kids, our families, the old days, and even our personal struggles. I keep expecting to walk out my office door and run into him. Vail Rubber will be a different place without his smile - he will be missed. I am praying for your family - just put one step in front of the other and hopefully the journey will become easier with time.

Thoughts and prayers to the family. I knew Dr. Vossler thru working at Memorial Hospital and his son only from school activities of both our sons. Only God can know your pain.
God bless

My heart goes out to all of you. I had a chance to sit and talk with Al a couple of years ago. What I thought would be a quick visit turned into an hour or two as we talked about old times and life in general. His humility and caring touched me deeply and I'm very saddened for your loss. Love you guys.
