Bowled in the same league with Willie on Thursdays. Always had a great time with him around, great guy. Prayers for his family.

Dear Rhonda and family,
So sorry to hear the sudden news about Willie. Just so many great memories, some professional, some just running into Willie out and about, but most tied to sports. Willie was somebody you could count on for a smile, a laugh, and someone you could trust to pass you the ball. Underneath all that nice exterior was a tough as nails competitor. He was somebody I always wanted on my team. I was fortunate enough to play on a few teams with Willie, but he usually was on the other side. I really respected him on the court/field and even more in life. I thoroughly enjoyed running into him over the years as he was always quick with a handshake, and a few laughs. I'll certainly miss him. I pray that you will find comfort in the good man that he was. With thoughts and prayers,

"Willie" was one neighbor we truly enjoyed having. Except his yard always looked better than ours. May Rhonda and family find peace in the loving memories he has left behind.

Many years ago, I worked with Willie at Riverview Cemetery for three straight summers while I was in college. I always look back on that time as some of the best summers I had. Willie was a straight-shooter and always kept us busy. We had some good times as well and always had fun working as a team. I'll remember Willie with a smile even though that was half-a-lifetime ago.

Rhonda, Alex, and Amber,
Lisa and I are deeply saddened by Willie's passing. We were so close together as a part of the St. Joseph City family. We worked hard and we shared our lives so close. So many memories of Willie, cherish them in our hearts and keep him alive in us.

Rhonda and family ~ our deepest condolences for the loss of Willie; a wonderful husband, father and son. Although we only knew him for a short time, he was always so fun to be with on our travels and at our gatherings of the "travel buddies". Willie's smile was contagious and you could always tell it came from deep within, not superficial. May your memories bring you comfort during this difficult time. Love, Glenn & Kathy Ward
