I have visited Nancy for the past several years while she resided at Pine Ridge and she always made me feel simply so loved. Like many she came into contact with, she called me "Doll" and I will always remember her for her kind words and gentle manner as she would take my hand and touch my hair as she shared of her true loving self. I will miss her dearly and will always remember her and her beautiful sense of humor and loving presence.

I knew Mrs. Ross for many years growing up. She was such a wonderful mother. You could see in her actions how much she loved her kids and her grandkids. She had a sweet and big heart and you knew she would do anything for her family and friends. She was also a beautiful lady with such a cute and funny personality! She always made me laugh! I will always miss her. She was so special and I wish I could have lived closer to spend more time with her. Cheryl Mooney
