Dear Barb and family,
Just need to send our hugs and prayers at this tough time. Many memories of a special guy that looked like a teenager at 40. Bill and Vick have kept us up on things, but this is God's final promotion. Rich will join an army of folks that will make his arrival a special party, while leaving a hole in hearts down here. Let the Holy Spirit surround you in His comfort.

As an innovator in many ways he left a astounding memorable impression on us during the few times we met at Welch meetings.

For Richard, when God gave him his final call, he was ready. He knew God personally. He left a legacy that demonstrated unselfish kindness, quiet friendship, and thoughtfulness to all who crossed his path. Bill and I were blessed to call him a friend since a young age. We will cherish the memories created over so many decades of friendship. Love, Bill and Vicky
