Michael's Obituary
Michael T. Hill Jr., 35 of South Haven, died on May 30, 2010 at home. He was born on October 19, 1974 in Grand Haven, Michigan to Michael and Terry Morehead Hill. Michael graduated from South Haven High School in 1995. He worked for Lovejoy, Inc. Michael enjoyed woodworking and making bird houses. Michael enjoyed his daily biblical readings. He was a member of the South Haven Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He is survived by his parents; Michael and Terry Hill of South Haven, Michigan. Two sisters; Maggie (Ryan) Yelding of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland and Marisa Zepfel of Germany. Two brothers: John (fiancé - Kristy) Hill and Richard (Yvette) Hill both of South Haven, Michigan. Grandparents; Thomas and Hertha Hill of Spring Lake, Michigan. His aunts and uncles; Dick and Fran Morehead, Linda and Leonard DeYoung & Ken and Chris Hill. Seven nieces and nephews; Joshua, Mikeala, Jacob, Roderic, Mikey, Maisie and Vincent. His Seventh Day Adventist Church family and all of the Lovejoy friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 3, from 5-8 PM at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Friday, June 4, at 11 AM at the South Haven Seventh Day Adventist Church (157 Blue Star Highway, South Haven, MI 49090) with Pastor Kevin Scott officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, South Haven. In leiu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the church building fund.
