I haven't seen your family for a while, but I know that Mike was a wonderful man. He cared for others and I enjoyed when he came to my birthday parties growing up. May God be with you. Losing a loved one is hard, I understand after losing my dad. Just keep the Lord in your hearts and it will get better.

Mike was one of those special people that always seemed to bring a ray of light into a cloudy day. Jesus was the light of the world and I know Mike reflected His light to all around him. I will always have a happy memory of him and look forward to seeing him when Jesus returns for us all!

It was a rewarding experience to have Mike at Gobles Jr. Academy from 1986 through 1992. He was an inspiration to all of us. Mike will be part of those mentioned in I Thessalonians 4:16 - "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command . . . and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive . . . will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." What a joyous day that will be!

I am really going to miss Mike. I enjoyed working with Mike very much. I am going to miss the way he would always greet us. He came up with the funniest things to say. He would say it with a straight face too, which made it even funnier. I know Mike is with the Lord and I am very thankful for that. But I am still going to really miss his smile, the way he talked and said funny things, and his really good attitude toward life. Mike with be missed - no one could ever take his place.

My favorite memory of Mike is the beautiful smile he always had when he came in for work each day at the LC Mohr High School. It was a contagious smile and it made every one around smile too! I enjoyed working with him very much! He always tried to do his best and he was a great young man.

Oh how we miss you honey but there is no more pain for you and this is what you wanted. Your spirit is here at home with me and I am the most peaceful when I am here at home where you loved to be. Michael, the funeral was positively the most beautiful and inspirational I have ever been to. Just think! You preached your own sermon with those AWESOME and powerful words that came directly from your heart. You touched and inspired so many people.
