Geanette Madsen

Geanette Elaine Madsen, 19 0f South Haven died Saturday, November 22 at home.

She was born June 30, 1989 in Allegan, Michigan to Gregory Norman Madsen and Peggy Self. She was a lifelong South Haven resident. Geanette graduated from South Haven High School in 2007. She was a true gem. A loved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, who will never be forgotten nor be far from our hearts. She had a gifted talent in Art, a love for music and a zest for life. She had a truly independent spirit, who marched to her own beat. She will be remembered by all her family and countless people whose lives she has touched. We look forward to the day we meet again.

She was preceded in death by her older brother Jeremy, an Aunt Stephanie, An Uncle Jesse, Grandmother Donna, Great Grandma Verna (Tiny) Madsen.

She is survived by her mother – Peggy (White) Lockwood of South Haven, Michigan. Father – Gregory Madsen of Grand Junction, Michigan. Three brothers – Kelly Self of Niles, Michigan, David White Jr. of Dowagiac, Michigan Christian Madsen of South Haven, Michigan. One sister – Jaelyn Self of South Haven, Michigan. One niece – Bryttani Sims also survives.
