We are all going to miss you more that you would ever realize. I am still looking out my front window watching to see you pass by, and can almost hear you knocking on my door. It's hard to go out into the backyard now, but somehow I still do because I can feel you there. I'm just so glad that you came to HoggBash, and was able to join in the GroundClowns with all the crazy stuff we do while preforming with Ground Effect. If any one out there would like some pictures of Jerry that we took at HoggBash when he joined us in his clown outfit, feel free to contact me at my Email site... lockwood_peggy@yahoo.com ...We all just thought that we had a little more time to enjoy your company, good by Jerry...Peggy Lockwood.

Jerry, It is hard to believe that you are already gone. To me you have always been a staple around South Haven and I will greatly miss you. Heaven got a good one with you.

To the Family, May each of you find comfort in knowing that God is "near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves." (Psalm 34;18) He has promised to soon "swallow up death forever...and wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25;8) This we can can rest our hope. Take care,

We're trying to put together a street party of all Jerry's friends, and neighbors on saturday October 4th here in the trailer park aroung 3 oclock. Ground Effect is playing, maybe the Groundclowns, and hopefully Miss Jewell, and her gospel choir. Jerry loved all kinds of music, and thats what we're aiming for in celebration of his life. W'ed love for everyone to join us with a bar-bi-que, and cooking down in the street.

Jerry wasn't my friend. Heck, I hardly knew him and haven't seen him for many years. We may have only recognized each other as faces and shapes from times gone by. But one thing struck me when I heard of his passing, and it hadn't occurred to me until then. I don't think I ever saw Jerry without that grin on his face. He seemed like a real positive dude, and I'm sure sorry he's gone. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace, brother.
