Rich's Obituary
Rich Bertorelli, 54, of South Haven died Wednesday, December 13, at his home.
He was born February 10, 1952 in South Haven, Michigan to Richard “Dick” and Martha (Tait) Bertorelli. Rich graduated from South Haven High School. He worked at Decker Olds and Cadillac, Century Buick, Seeley Wright and Rich was a partner with Art Overhuel Sales and Service. Rich was a member of the Elks Club, Moose Lodge, American Legion and the Corvette Coventry of Southwest Michigan.
He is preceded in death along with father – Dick Bertorelli by his granddaughter - Ariel
He is survived by his wife Marilyn Bertorelli of South Haven, Michigan. Children – Angela (Ryan) Williamson of Greenwood, Indiana, Joe (Nadya) Howen of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Heather Kish of South Haven, Michigan. His mother – Martha (Al) Robinson of Sebastian, Florida. 5 grandchildren – Ryan, Austin Kish, Brenden, Elliott and Parker Williamson. Three brothers – Malcolm (April) Bertorelli, Marc (Brenda) Bertorelli both of South Haven, Michigan and Thomas Bertorelli of Eugene, Oregon. One sister – Beth (Jim) Horan of South Haven, Michigan. Brother-in-law – Bill (Debi) Fabiano of Walkerton, Indiana. Sister-in-law – Chris (Dave) Rumiez of Orlando, Florida. Step-brothers – Keith and Doug, step-sisters – Robin and Terry. Nieces and nephews- Justin, K.C., Elizabeth, Jonah, Angela, Amy, Jeremy, and Guy. A dear friend – Pardo Keith Huffman also survive.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 17 from 3 – 6 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Memorial services will be Monday at 11:00 A.M. at the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Robert Linstrom officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to South Haven Area Hospice or American Cancer Society.
