Although my heart is breaking, I know that Uncle Rick is free of pain and with your mom where he has longed to be. I have so many memories there are too many to count. I know under that rough exterior your dad was a very loving and compassionate person and has been a major part of my life. I will miss him terribly and think of him often. Your dad was a one in a million type of guy and we were all blessed to know and love him. RIP Uncle Rick. With much love and many happy memories,

I have known Rick for a very long time. We went to school together. We shared art class together and I still have a sign he made for me "BONES"
was what he called me back then, when I was skinny. I was always happy to see him when we met on the streets or any where. He will be missed by lots of people including me. Remember days we camped together with Jean and Cecil and your folks. What fun times those were. My prayers for you and your family.

The fact that we will not see Rick any more, does not take away any of the memories that have been made over the years. When I sit back and think of all the times your mom & dad watched Pepper and of all the cat nightmares he must have had. The years also that Davie, Heather & Tim use to stay at your house and the things I have learned on those oh so special times. Your mom and dad have always been special to us. They will always be missed.

Dearest Kelly, Aeria, and Rikki,

   We are so sorry for your loss, but still find joy in your dad reuniting with your mom, without their earthly pains.
   Your dad was one of the friendliest individuals we had ever known. Of his positive traits it is his smile that we are pleased you girls have inherited. You always greet us with a warm, sincere smile.
   Your dad was a man who put his family first. He worked hard to provide for his girls, and was a great supporter who cheered you on and was very proud of the women all three of you have become.
   Rick Reinhardt was rare in that he could get along with almost everyone no matter who they were. Although he was outgoing, he had a quiet side too, and was a good listener if someone needed a friend to talk to. And we can all agree he got the most out of his journey through 7+ decades.
   Most of all know that until he reunites with his beloved family he is a "guardian angel" watching over you.
   Finally, although we could never take their place, our arms are wrapped around you and we are here for you if and whenever there is a need.

I have not seen Rick since winter set in. Rick was a close friend and dear to my heart. I had just spoken to my my Son Brock last week, that I was worried about him. Rick was an Avid Computer user and always had me build him the best and fastest rig. He was and always will be in my heart. I only found out about his passing tonight when I read the paper. My Heart goes out to his Children and Grand Children. I wish I would have known, I would have been by his side when he Passed Over. Rest in Peace My Dear Friend. To all of his Family: I am so sorry for your loss, Rick was the real deal when it came to Honor, Loyalty, and Friendship.
