Vergie's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Vergie here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
CHURCH RESOLUTION OF RESPECT FOR MOTHER VERGIE BERRY No matter what your trials are, or how big your mountain seems; The Lord is there to see you through; He will go to all extremes. So if your cross seems hard to bear, and you know not what to do; The one who loves you most will be there to see you through. We, the members of Straight Gate Pentecostal Power Church, want the family to know that our hearts are with you. Whereas, the passing of a beloved Mother is the will of God and there is a human tie that has been broken which has caused a heart-felt pain. We are encouraged and consoled in the words of Jesus who said, “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.” Therefore Be It Resolved, that we embrace the family with love. Be It Further Resolved, to the family that we know your loss is deep and your hurt is great but, there is no hurt that God can not heal. When it is all over, we would like you to remember: In case there’s a time when you just need some cheer In case there’s a problem you would like us to hear In case there’s a favor you would like us to do We’re here if you need us to help see you through. Humbly submitted on this 12th day of February, 2017 Executive Bishop Board Bishop Leroy Lane – Pastor Straight Gate Pentecostal Power Church

Condolence to the family of Mother Vergie Berry: Above all else we as believers are guided to see the hand of God in these times. Death with all its fury cannot separate us from the love of God. We are more than conquerors through Him that love us. Whereas, Mother Vergie Berry can only be physically gone; but never the life lived and the memories shared. She is able now to enjoy the rest prepared for the people of God. What she lacked in this life, she has gained in eternity. What she suffered on this side, she has been relieved on in eternity. Blessed be the name of the Lord! Berry family, know that your loss is felt and the prayers of Bishop Robert R. Sanders and All Nations COGIC family are being offered on your behalf. We pray the strength of God in your hearts and minds. The victory is already yours. May your days of morning be few and we remind you of the Apostle Paul's words in his letter to the Corinthian Church, "For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory." Family we encourage you to, "Lift up your heads O ye gates and be ye lifted up ye everlasting doors and the King of glory shall come in." Lovingly Submitted, Bishop Robert R. Sanders, Pastor All Nations COGIC Family
