Gail was a beautiful, caring sister and person. She will be missed by me and all the people that loved her. Gail always felt like home to me and Joe. We could go to Gail's home and feel like we could be as comfortable as in our own home. My heart is heavy with the loss of my dear sister. My heart rejoices that she won't have to have pain, sadness and worry. She's in her heavenly home. Gail's children and sister Debby did such a wonderful job keeping her at home. She had a very happy last 6 months of her life.

I had the joy of working with Gail at South Haven hospital for many years. She truly was an Angel on earth, adored by everyone. Always thinking of others with grace, tenderness and heartfelt words of caring, her spirit was so bright and will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest condolences. May treasured memories and your shared love for this beautiful and astonishing woman help to heal your hearts.

I remember Gail so clearly from junior high school. We sat next to each other in several classes because of our last names and the alphabetical order they would seat us by. She was a ray of sunshine, and I was always so happy to see her. I’m so happy she had such a full life with her family and friends. I know all of you will miss that “ sunshine” in your lives, but I know she is back with God and bathed in his peace and light.

My thoughts are with Gail and her family tonight. My thoughts also go back to Lacota...to school and to the grocery store in Lacota. I went to school with Gail and I also worked in my Dad's grocery store...many, many years ago. Many happy memories of life in a small town. Rest in peace Gail.

Gail was my big sister and such a special person in my life. She was two years older and my first memories are of her, holding my hand and looking out for me. We had many of the same friends as teenagers and had such great times together. After we retired, we got to spend even more time and us four sisters tried to always do an annual trip. So many precious memories that I cherish. I love and miss you but know I will see you again. Be at peace and without pain for now.
