The Lowery Family sends our condolences and prayers to the entire family. I remember Ms. Yates from Second Baptist Church. Growing up she was one of our mothers who kept us in line with love! Definitely fond memories that will always be cherished. R.I.P. Ms. Audrey Yates.

My dearest Aunt Audrey. You will truly be missed. You were not only my aunt but my second mother. Thank you for always having opening up your home to me whenever I needed somewhere to stay. The boys and I have so many memories at your first home on Colfax. I will truly miss all the conversation we had that last for hours. You always knew how to make me laugh and to continue on no matter what life brings. Thank you taking part in making me the woman I am today. You had the best homemade pizzas. This is a hard one. I’m so glad the last time I saw you we were able to reminisce and catch up. I don’t think there was not one person we didn’t talk about. I will always love you. Rest well my dearest aunt.

I will always remember Audrey and she will be missed. Remember every holiday. She would call me up and say. I got a plate for you. I would tell Audrey if you don't feel well, Don't try cooking if you don't feel well. she would always tell me the boys got to eat..Audrey was a kind and loving person and she loved her Sons dearly. Rest in peace my dear friend till we meet again.

I met Audrey years ago at LMC. She was a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit. She could really cook and treated me as if I were part of her family. My prayers are with you 🙏🏾.
