I had the privilege of working with Chuck for many years. He was a great Protective Services worker and eventually PS supervisor. He was honest and fair with the families he worked with in his career and had the true calling of helping children and families. Chuck was also a host with the most for his wine tasting parties and Skip was a saint for putting up with all of us.
Thank you for helping the children and for being my friend. Robin i

I was lucky enough to have Chuck as a neighbor from 1997-2007. He had the most beautiful flowers! I loved chatting with him and sneaking into his yard to see what he had been up to. He had a great smile and sense of humor. I will always remember how he made me feel, as I always walked back across the street with a smile on my face. My condolences and prayers, to Skip, who was also a pretty cool neighbor.

Chuck always had a warm smile and was always happy to see you! His contributions and dedication to DHS will never be forgotten. His kindness and laughter and his entire career was spent making people (and especially children’s) lives better! His love of many years, Skip, was a marriage people aspire too! Chuck will be very missed by his many friends, family, and the entire community!!!!
