Lori and Families,
Mike and I are so sorry for your loss. Roger was a great guy and ICON to Baroda itself. I remember him always bringing his pumpkins into town to hand out because he had the "best unique" ones! I remember him always contributing to the Legion and and the long talks he and my dad had. He will surely be missed by all.

The World has lost a good man, friend and cousin. I am so glad that we were able to do a small Zilke family reunion last summer as now both Roger and my Dad reside only in our hearts. I loved hearing the stories of the "old days". He will be missed!

John Woods gave Roger the nick name of βMouseβ when he was in the 7th grade in reference to his physical size at the time. Today Roger is remembered for his gigantic contribution to the community he served. Many of the lessons I learned from his family I still practice today.

One of the best man and boss that I know and truly love with all my heart. You will be dearly missed. Gotta love Mom's Apple pies. I just loved working for him. God bless my friend. π

I went to high school with Roger. Such a nice person. We brought many fruit trees from his parents for the Bartz farm. May Roger rest in peace. David Bartz, Charleston, Illinois

A wonderful classmate from 3rd grade to highschool graduation. A neighbor & valued friend. Too many memories to list but treasured none the less. Heartbroken at our loss & praying for comfort for all the family now & in the coming days.

A Neighbor and friend since our childhoods makes this news particularly difficult to hear. We have our many memories and stories we can share; meantime we extend our most sincere condolences to Rogerβs family.
