John,
I am so sorry to learn of Emily's passing. You talked of her as a great sister and a gentle soul. When you're missing her think of how many people she touched on her journey. I'm sending you a
warm hug and prayers for Emily.

Dearest children of Emily and Nick. I am Nick's cousin, born on his birthday years after he was born and thought is was pretty cool. I loved your Mom so much. I used to go visit her before I was married, thinking I wished I would be blessed with many beautiful children like she was. I even named three of my kids after your siblings (Julie Marie, Michael and Sheri) but after one more Lorrie, I wasn't able to have more. I remember folding towels for her while she was making dinner or intercepting the football from Dozer for throwing it in the house!Your Grandpa Miller walked me down the aisle whenI got married because my father died at 45 ane my Uncle George was always there to help take the part of my Dad, his younger brother by 10 years. I miss him and will miss your Mom too, although I think she was ready to be with Nick, Patrick and Cheri and her Mom and brother. Heaven's doors were all open wide for her to enter. My sincerest condolences for all of you. My prayers are with you now and always will be. God Bless You all. Your cousin

Thoughts and prayers to the Miller family. So sorry to hear the passing of Emily. Even though it has been many years since I’ve seen her I will always remember the joy of being at the Miller house when I was a kid. Emily always had a great smile and welcoming soul. May her memory hug you all.

Thinking about you today as you say good-bye to your mother. Wish I could be there to speak to each of you...it's been so long since I have seen you. I remember your loving vigil at the bedside of your Uncle Dave. My husband, Jim, and I have good memories of your mom and her graciousness and sweet smile. Our hearts go out to you in sympathy, but know you are a strong family who will hold up each other in love. God bless you all.
are strong and will be there for each other.
