Dear Ingrid:
Although our paths have not crossed since our early grade school days at Trinity I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I am thinking of you and your family on the loss of your Mother. My deepest sympathy to all. God's blessings.

I will always remember the wonderful times at your Mom's house when we were teenagers. She was like a second mom to me. I know this is a sad time for you but she has had a full and eventful life. She had a lot of courage and strength which she passed on to you Hilde, she is with your Dad now take comfort in this. May God grant you peace and comfort.
Love you, Your (almost) sister and friend MARY T.

Our sympathy to the Gerstenkorn families at the passing of your Matriarch. What a “dummy” the families must have thought me to be. A family recently moved into America and a young teacher with “NO” understanding of German. We made it! Because of tolerant parents and the help of Mr. Glaess we struggled through because of everyone’s tolerance. May the families find comfort for your Matriarch is now at peace. God’s blessings and care in your lives.
