Marion was a lovely, gracious lady. I enjoyed her sharp intellect and her warmth and compassion. She was a gift to all of us in AAUW (American Association of University Women)and will be missed greatly.

The family is in my prayers. I worked for the city hall with Mrs. McGuire, she was a beautiful lady and I appreciated her.

Marion was very special to me. She befriended me when about 12 years ago when I was a stay-at-home mom. We played golf together, talked about books we've read, and enjoyed each other's company. I'm grateful that I had Marion in my life and will miss her.

I was so sad to see that Marion has passed...she was a wonderful, graceful, lady! I had the pleasure of doing her hair at my shop "Attitudes" before moving out of state a couple of years ago. I will always remember her ~ she was a sweet, sweet lady! Prayers to your family, Lori Jorgensen

To the McGuire Family Members, You are in our thoughts and prayers this holiday season with the passing of your Mother. I was fortuate to get to know Mrs. McGuire during my high school and college years. She was a strong, smart, independent woman with a sharp intellect. I was always impressed with her ability to broaden one's thinking. I am sure her warm smile and laugh will be missed.

Marion was the librarian when I attended high school. She was related to me
but I didn't find this out until years later. Her father was my father's uncle.
Don't know how or why I started reading these obituaries but a friend told me
how to get on line and find them. I did meet her brother, Boddie. Anyway
my condolences to all. She was a very classy lady!
