I am very, very, sorry for your loss. Neil was a year ahead of me in high school, but I knew him well and remember all of you from 1st English Lutheran Church. May God Bless your family at this sad time and keep you in his care.

Dear Melissa, Debbie, Mr and Mrs Tubbs and family. The news of Neil's death has been heartrending to all four of us. Neil has always been a good friend and we have many memories of him that we hold dear. Neil was a true in the heart friend, and we know how much he loved his entire family and friends. We've seen him in his bad times but we will remember him always of those good times. Our life has been enriched with our friendship with him. I hadn't seen Neil in a few years but I remember his nice smile and friendly demeanor from high school and as we became adults. Dear Debbie and Melissa-I am so sorry for your loss.Neal was a good friend,I always injoyed talking to him when we ran into each other.He was so proud of his grandkids,and always had pictures in his wallet.His health was never real good,but he seemed to get around ok.God bless you and the entire Tubbs family.

Andy,Steve,Brian and Family. I am so sorry to hear about Neils passing. He was a great friend.
