My condolences to Helen's family for their loss. Helen and I were classmates in high school and worked together on planning our class reunion in 2002. Our reunion committee spent a lot of time together and we all enjoyed the work and the renewed friendships. We've continued to get together for lunch dates these past 12 years. Helen attended all of the lunches we had up until the time she moved to Holland. We missed her good natured personality at the table. I knew her to be a strong and sensible woman with a great sense of humor.

We are so sorry to hear about Helen's passing. She was such a lively, spirited person. I just had hip surgery and I am still grounded to bed in my home, so I will not be able to attend the funeral. We will be there in spirit. Our family bond is STRONG! God's blessings,

Dear family of my longtime friend, Helen. We were good friends all during the highschool years and graduated together, were married to our darlings the same year and were always delighted to see each other whenever we had the opportunity. Helen was so sincere and when she grasped your hand in friendship, you knew it was from her heart. Memories are a wonderful blessing and I have many of them of Helen and Bill. I wish blessings for you and their entire family

I want to express my deepest sympathy to all of you. Jacob had told me the last time he was here that he would go down and play games with his Grandma. She could really be so proud of him and his family. I graduated in 1952 also but in Boyne City, Mi. . It is so hard to lose your Mother and Grandmother. Mine died in 1971 at the Restwood Inn as it was called at that time. I know she must be so happy to be with her husband again. We are so blessed to have our faith. May God bring you comfort at this time.

Donna, Jean, Dee and all the family members,
Helen and I had a lot of laughs starting back in 1948 when we picked
strawberries along with Jean, to purchase our school clothing and books. I was lucky to
visit her last October and we were still laughing about that summer. She
will be missed by all who knew her. So sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I believe the campers are circled around Heaven's campfire and the stories are flying between Helen and Bill, Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Bill, and Grandpa and Grandma Cooley. Dad always tells tales about times with Dee, Helen, and Jean.

Just read this about Helen and was so sorry to hear of her passing. She was such a loving and caring person. I worked with her for awhile and she also helped take care of my grandma Nellie. Grandma also thought a lot of Helen and with her help grandma was able to stay home longer before going to a nursing home. Kathy I hope you and the family are doing ok? Sorry I did not know this until now or I would of came to the funeral. My deepest sympathies to you all in the loss of your beloved mother.
