My Birthday Twin, My Sister and My Friend !
Schoolmates. Playmates. Workmates. Roommates.
Double Dates. We kept in touch from State to State.
I hear her voice in my mind,
I know her face by heart.
Heaven and Earth are moving in my soul,
And I don’t know where to start.
Somebody, tell me the words to define
The absence of my life long friend.
Years of reflections keep running through my mind,
Of a friendship that will never end..
Although she could be 4 stories in the heavenly sky,
She’ll be watching over me, I know she will!
Still, I’m convinced she wouldn’t want to come down…
So, maybe, I’ll see her next lifetime in - London town!
I'm glad I told her often - "I love you" - My Birthday Twin, My Sister and My Friend! - You have earned your crown !
